NeoNiche presents
LiveOlive
The full event, on one platform. Built by the people who run five hundred of them a year.
Book a walkthroughWhy we built it
You spend months filling a room.It empties in an evening. We got tired of watching the difference go unmeasured.
NeoNiche has run events for eighteen years. Five hundred a year now, for five hundred and fifty brands, out of five offices. The software we were handed never survived contact with a show floor, so we wrote our own.
LiveOlive is four products that came out of that work. Each one sells on its own. Together they cover an event from the first RSVP to the report your CFO actually reads.
The platform
Four products. One spine.
One identity follows each attendee through every product. The badge that gets someone through the gate is the same identity that posts to their feed and the same one a sponsor's report counts. That single thread is the platform.

01 · Arrive · NeoFlo
The queue is the first thingyour guests remember.Delete it.
NeoFlo handles registration, ticketing, check-in and badge printing, and it ships with something no dashboard can replace: a crew that runs the gate with you. Built after years of watching entrances fail at 9 am.
- Check-in under five seconds, offline-ready when the venue network dies
- On-demand badges, instant reprints, walk-ins handled at the desk
- Clean, CRM-ready data the morning after, not the week after

02 · Experience · Event App
Everything the room needsto know, in theroom's pocket.
One application carries the whole calendar. An access code loads the event's branding, agenda and rules, and your team walks every screen in a web preview a week before the doors open. When a client wants their own name on the App Store, the same build publishes as their own app.
- Agenda, speakers, wayfinding, and live Q&A on the big screen
- A concierge that books the meeting, not one that answers questions about it
- Ships white-label, and runs in your own AWS region when the regulator asks

03 · Amplify · Amplio
Three hundred attendeesjust becameyour media plan.
A guest scans a QR on the LED wall, takes a selfie, and gets back an illustrated, on-brand post with the caption already written. They publish it from their own account. No app download, no approval queue, and reach measured two degrees out.
- Templates brand-locked before anyone touches them
- A leaderboard on the wall that makes people want to scan
- Posts belong to the attendee. The reach report belongs to you.

04 · Prove · Sponsor Connect
A sponsorship is a chainof promises.Keep every link.
Eight stages from prospect to renewal, with inventory, money and deliverables tracked in one place. Sponsors book from a live marketplace, so nobody double-sells a branding zone. Each sponsor sees only their own deal. The renewal conversation arrives with evidence attached.
- Real-time inventory across title slots, zones, activations, digital
- Follows the proforma-to-paid paper trail. Never touches card data.
- Move the event three weeks and every deadline moves with it

Better together
Four vendors can't do this.
One identity
The badge at the gate, the post on the feed and the scan at the booth are the same person. That is how a sponsor gets shown reach, not footfall.
One shared screen
Live Q&A, the Amplio leaderboard and the sponsor loop share the LED wall. Each product raises the others' participation.
Deliverables that close themselves
When the booth scan count already lives in the system, the promised-versus-delivered report stops depending on someone remembering to upload a photo.
One consent chain
An attendee consents once, purpose by purpose, and one withdrawal revokes everything downstream. Competitors cannot retrofit this.

DPDP by design
Consent collected purpose by purpose at registration, rights served as endpoints with deadlines, retention clocks that delete rather than archive. Ready ahead of the May 2027 line.
Sovereign, when it matters
Single-tenant deployment in the AWS region you choose. For BFSI and government audiences, attendee data never leaves the country.
No card data, ever
Sponsor Connect tracks the offline paper trail from proforma to paid and never processes a payment. PCI scope stays out of the conversation.
Isolation that fails closed
Tenant scoping is enforced at the query layer. A user whose scope cannot be resolved gets nothing, not everything. Two competing sponsors on one event is our normal case.
